What most people ask before they book a call.
No. We send from separate domains that we set up and warm up for outbound, so your main domain and inbox stay protected.
We do, and you approve them before anything goes out. Every campaign is written for a specific group of buyers, never blasted to a list.
We build and verify a list around your best customers and the accounts you want to win, agreed with you on the strategy call.
New sending domains need a few weeks to warm up before campaigns go out. Once they’re live, replies start coming in as each campaign runs.
One strategy call, approve the targeting and the first campaigns, then take the calls. We handle everything in between.
We answer every reply and book interested prospects straight into your calendar, with the context you need before the call.

Before a single email goes out, we study your market the way a buyer would. Every line is written for one kind of reader, and every reply is answered by a person, not a sequence.
Instead of selling at you, we start with one simple question: what’s your story? Every great business has one worth telling. It shows us your offer, the real value you bring to your market, how we can serve those buyers best and, more importantly, how to get you in front of them. This isn’t email blast marketing. It’s cold outbound that adds value and makes you an A-list name in your market.
If outbound isn't right for your business, you'll hear it on the first call. No long pitch, no surprises on the invoice and no lock-in you didn't agree to.
I’m Samuel, the founder. I care about the craft: building the systems and infrastructure that make outbound work. But I care more about the people I serve. You’ll always know what we’re doing and why, you’ll hear from me directly, and every message we send is written to add something, not to add to the noise. In a marketing world chasing the bottom line, I care about the impact on you and the business you’ve built. White-glove service, start to finish.
Tell us what you sell and who you want to reach. We'll take care of the rest.

Your details stay private and are only used to prepare for the call. See the privacy policy.
Facebook and Instagram ads, run end to end and tracked past the form to the calls they book. You’ll see exactly what every dollar brought in.
Book a callAd platforms find more of whatever you ask them for. Ask for clicks and you get clicks. Ask for cheap leads and you get cheap leads who never pick up the phone. We set every campaign up around the result that actually pays the bills: a real conversation with someone who can buy. That’s what we measure, what we report on and what we optimise for, every week.
You approve the plan and the ads. Everything else is handled for you, inside your own ad account.
Facebook and Instagram ads with one job: starting real conversations with people who can buy, not browsers. Every dollar is tracked to the calls it creates, so you always know what’s working.
Book a callStrategy, creative, tracking and reporting, all handled.
Everything runs in your own ad account, so the audiences and history stay yours.
See what you spent and the calls it created, every month.
What working together looks like, from the first call to a steady flow of conversations.
Strategy call, a check of your ad account and tracking, audiences built and the first round of ads written and designed for your approval.
Several angles go live side by side. Spend stays measured while we learn which messages bring the right people, and which only bring clicks.
Budget moves to the ads that start real conversations, weak ones are switched off and fresh creative goes in every month so results don’t go stale.
A plain-English report and a short check-in: what we spent, what it produced and the plan for the month ahead.
The things most people ask before they start.
It depends on what a customer is worth to you and how quickly you want to learn. We’ll suggest a starting budget on the call, and you stay in control of it the whole time.
The first few weeks are about testing and learning. Most of the value comes once the account knows which people turn into real conversations, so think in months, not days.
Yes. Everything runs in your own ad account, so the data, audiences and history stay with you, whatever happens.

Yes. Ads work on their own, and they work even better alongside outbound. We’ll tell you honestly which one fits your business first.

Rather talk it through? Book a callThis policy explains how The SENT Company (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal information, and the choices you have. It covers this website, people who contact us or book a call, our clients, and the business contacts we reach out to on our clients’ behalf.
The SENT Company is a Canadian business that runs cold email outreach and paid advertising for other businesses. Our Privacy Officer is Samuel, our founder, who is responsible for how we handle personal information. You can reach him at [email protected].
We don’t sell personal information, and we don’t add people who contact us or book a call to marketing mailing lists.
When you submit a form or message us, you consent to us using your information for the purposes above. You can withdraw your consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual limits, by emailing our Privacy Officer.
If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, we rely on these legal bases: your consent; the steps needed to enter into or perform a contract with you; our legitimate interests, such as contacting businesses about relevant services, where those interests are not outweighed by your rights; and our legal obligations. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests at any time.
Some of our service providers store information outside your province or country, including in the United States. While it is stored there, it may be accessible to courts and authorities under local law. We choose providers that protect personal information appropriately.
We use reasonable safeguards for the sensitivity of the information, including limiting access to people who need it, two-factor authentication on our accounts and encrypted connections. If a breach creates a real risk of significant harm to you, we will notify you and the relevant regulator as the law requires. Our data protection policy has more detail.
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask where we got it, correct it, delete it, or withdraw your consent. If you are in the EU or UK, you can also ask us to restrict processing or provide your data in a portable format. Email our Privacy Officer and we will respond within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, to your provincial privacy regulator, or to your local data protection authority.
If we have emailed you and you don’t want to hear from us again, reply “unsubscribe” or email [email protected]. We will stop promptly, and in any case within 10 business days.

Cold outreach only works, and is only fair, when it is relevant, honest and easy to stop. These are the rules we follow for every campaign we run, for our clients and for ourselves.
We contact people at businesses, at their work email addresses, about products and services relevant to their role. We don’t send cold email to consumers or to personal email addresses.
Contact information comes from publicly available business sources, reputable business data providers and our clients. We verify addresses before sending. We never use address-harvesting software, never buy lists of personal email addresses, and we respect published statements that a person doesn’t want to receive unsolicited messages.
Every message includes a simple way to unsubscribe, by replying or through a link. We honour every request promptly, and in any case within 10 business days, and keep a record so the person isn’t contacted again by that sender.
We follow Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act, the GDPR, the UK GDPR and PECR, and other laws that apply where we send. Where the law requires consent or another basis before a message is sent, we don’t send without it.
We send in modest daily volumes from separate, warmed-up domains, so a client’s main domain is never put at risk. We monitor bounces and complaints, and pause any campaign that draws them.
Clients must give us accurate information about their products and claims, reply to the people who respond, and honour any opt-out requests passed to them.
Reply “unsubscribe” to any of our emails or write to [email protected]. We will make sure you aren’t contacted again, and tell you where we got your details if you ask.
This policy explains how we protect the information our clients trust us with, and the contact information we use to run campaigns.
When we run campaigns for a client, we act on that client’s behalf as a service provider. We use the information only to deliver the agreed work and follow the client’s instructions. The client remains responsible for its own customers and leads.
Client business details, access to ad and email accounts, campaign content and results, lead and prospect contact information, and the replies we receive.
Information is kept with reputable service providers, sent over encrypted connections, and not kept on personal devices beyond what the work needs.
We use a small number of providers for email sending, data, customer relationship management, scheduling, ad platforms and storage. A list is available to clients on request, and we will tell clients before making a change that affects how their information is handled.
When an engagement ends, we delete or return client campaign data within 30 days of a request, except opt-out records, which we keep so people aren’t contacted again, and records the law requires us to keep.
If we discover a breach involving client information, we will tell the affected client without undue delay and help them meet their own obligations. We keep a record of every breach, and notify affected people and regulators where the law requires.
If someone asks to access, correct or delete their information, we help our client respond, and pass on any request we receive directly.
Client information is confidential. We never use one client’s information for another client. Questions: [email protected].
We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who rely on assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.
The video on the home page doesn’t have captions yet. We are adding them. Some pages use scroll-based animation, which may be less comfortable for some visitors. Turning on reduced motion removes most of it.
Email [email protected]. We will reply within five business days and, where we can, provide the information in another format.
